So so impressed. I got blue raspberry with sour spray, cream topper and ice cream in the middle. It was DELICIOUS. And the two girls working the register and making the shaved ice were so sweet. Fantastic customer service and delicious shaved ice.

I was waiting for my girlfriend’s drink and accidentally grabbed the wrong one. When I brought it back, a staff member told me I could just keep it, so I left. Upon sitting down in my car a staff member approached my car window demanding the drink back. I had no problem returning it, but the way it was handled felt rude and unnecessarily accusatory, especially since I had already tried to correct the mistake. When we went back inside to get a refund, the manager justified the situation by citing “inventory control,” but there was still no acknowledgment of how poorly it was handled or any kind of apology. The lack of communication and basic courtesy made this a really unpleasant experience. Definitely one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time.

Our family of 7 went here today. It was a horrible experience. We all ordered shaved ice except for my husband. He ordered a smoothie. We all got our shaved ice sat down and ate. My husband was still waiting on his smoothie. He asked several times over a 45 min period if it was ready. She kept saying they were working on it. We all finished and was ready to go. He was Still waiting. He asked again and she said we already gave it to you. He said no I never got it. They apologized and said they would get it ready. 15 min went by and still wasnt ready. By this time it has been over and hour and I finally lost my patience and went up there and said ive been waiting an hour for the smoothie and yes I did say it sarcastically because we had been waiting so long . Kids were getting fussy and tired. She said no ypu have not been waiting an hour its been sitting here the whole time and handed me a melted smoothie. Yes they were busy but they could.have told him they had it ready. Instead they just sat it off to the side and never told him. We come here all the time and we will NOT be going back. The customer service was horrible. The girl couldn't have been more rude.

Not bad, but not great. I would have taken a trip to Bahama bucks, but wanted to support smaller/local business. Giving 4 stars to be generous since the staff was nice and my littles enjoyed it, but overall it just lacked flavor. I asked for cream on top and either it was invisible or just missing but that was a bummer. Then there was no trash can so I had to take my trash to my car to throw away at home and no signage to state there was a fee for paying with card which is kind of crazy since no one uses cash primarily anymore.

Edited: we returned a year later and the first review didn't do it justice. The snowcone flavors taste so different. It almost has a freshness to the syrup. Simply perfection. We come to Round Rock once a year for softball and will always be looking forward to this every year. This place is fun. The snowcone flavors are great and the staff was super friendly.
